COMCTL32.DLL

When starting "news" from "outlook" I get "explorer caused comctl32.dll
Anyone got any ideas to the problem?

    I keep getting this error when I open Outlook or outlook express. The error
    closes explorer

    When starting news from Outlook I get a COMCTL32.DLL Error. Looks as if this
    error knocks out explorer and my system tray.
    Any one have similar problems or know the solution?

    Hi Johnny,

    Try this: From   Start   Run   launch  SFC ;  Click the Extract One File
    button and type COMCT32.DLL ;  Click the Start button , then follow
    instructions. You’ll need the Windows CD in the CD drive.
