    You can not do this with MS-DOS/Windows without that you lose all the
    data on the disk. Use a third-party tool like the free Partition
    Resizer (http://members.xoom.com/Zeleps) for to do this. However, you
    should make a backup of all important data before you start.
    It does not matter wheather you convert the drives to FAT32 before or
    after the reorganization.
