installing QuickTime

Am unable to install QuickTime on my Win98 system.  It seems to hang
on a file called VISE332EX.DLL.   I have shut down all other programs,
but nothing works.    Would be happy to hear if anyone elsse has had
this problem

    I can not find anything about VISE332EX.DLL in the Internet. Are you
    sure about the filename?
    I would go to http://www.apple.com and ask over there.
