LZH File Extension

I am trying to find out how files with LZH extension are stored and how to
read then. I have found these files mainlty in German archives.

    Use LHARC, available on several bulletin boards and FTP sites to compress
    and uncompress .lxh files.

    These are files generated by the archiver called LHArc.  You
    should be able to find this on major FTP sites & Simtel Mirrors
