Can you be a little more specific? What isn’t happening? Is Windows being run on a local hard drive or off the server? Did you do a setup /a on the server? Are you using full installs off the server or setup /n?
The more info you provide, the more info myself or others my be able to provide you. I have Win 3.1 on a Novell 3.11 server with shell versions 3.26 and have experienced no problems at all. (Other than poor server response times when many users try to get into Windows at the same time; i.e. 8:32am.)
