   Either do that manually in the Registry at
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Time
   Zones
   Or get the Time Zone Editor with the Windows 95 Kernel Toys

   ok, it worked for my winME… but how is it with Win NT?? my administrator
   seems to have some difficulties would be great if you have another
   simple solution. thanks already,

   I do not know how this is done in Windows NT. You may want to post the
   question to a NT-related group like
   news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windowsnt.setup
