  I will second the opinion that the program is less than ideal and &lt;br /&gt; the service sucks. The talking clock doesn&#039;t. They have been working &lt;br /&gt; on a fix for over a month, when I finally got them to send me an &lt;br /&gt; update, I couldn&#039;t even read the diskette (two different PCs tried). &lt;br /&gt; They also left out a file for the talking system monitor &lt;br /&gt; (&quot;over100megabytes.snd&quot;). When I asked if it would be on the &lt;br /&gt; update disk (which I can&#039;t read anyway), they said, &quot;No. Just &lt;br /&gt; &lt;p&gt;&gt;record your own version&lt;.&quot; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;If you haven&#039;t bought it yet, don&#039;t waste your money. Another thing, &lt;br /&gt; why couldn&#039;t they do it in .wav format to at least be MPC compatible. &lt;br /&gt;
